What I read online and why

Part of my daily ritual is to reads my Reader every morning --ok sometimes I can't, but I do try. Thanks to Annie  and Arwyn, I realized that I read a fairly monochromatically, but I don't know how to change that (or even if I should change it).

The Breastfeeding Advocates

These bloggers are all for making sure that the Americas should remember that breastfeeding is the norm and that we should give parents the help they need in order to breastfeed.

Another similarity. Used to read lots of books, now everything I read is online. Well, almost everything, I still sometime get a book or two or a newspaper :)

I am hoping to be able to hold books in my hands again (besides textbooks). I LOVE the experience of reading: the feel of the page, the heft of the book, the smell of the page, the look of the font. Alas, with Claudia that is not possible. With stuff online I can bring it up and not worry about it.
I also discovered audio books and that is another very hedonistic experience for me, it feels so wonderful to have someone read to me, and I don't have to carry an extra book to school on the train ;)
